My name is Stephanie Walsh and I am a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Eating Psychology Coach and Personal Trainer. My primary focus with nutrition clients is enhancing gut health through holistic nutrition. The word “holistic” can mean many things. My interpretation is taking the entire person – current fitness level, food choices, stress level, social support, kitchen environment, readiness for change and more – to determine the program that is best for you. My holistic health approach is the alternative to fad diets and quick fix solutions. That’s because these options do not set you up for long-term success. Success is not just about changing your diet or starting an exercise program, it’s about considering you, the real you, to achieve the results you’ve been searching for.
